Leigh Ewin is a cold exposure expert from Australia who has been living in Finland for almost 15 years.
He has studied with Wim Hof for 6 years and has held hundreds of cold exposure experiences and seminars. He has accreditation as an AIDA certified free diver (pool and outdoor) and has a wealth of experience in his field of excellence breathing and breathwork. He has made numerous appearances on television, radio and poadcasts and is generally known for his knowledge in the field of health and wellbeing and especially biohacking.
Miro Suonperä is a freediving athlete and AIDA4 Assistant Instructor. He has been freediving for 8 years and has competed in both pool and depth AIDA World Championship in 2021 and 2022. His passion is freediving under the ice. Miro has 3 years of experience organizing ice diving events. In 2021 Miro dived 75m under the ice wearing only his swimming suit. He can hold his breath for over 7 minutes.
